What We Do

Concrete leveling services built to last

Every job starts with a free, honest assessment — we find the void causing the problem, not just patch the symptom.

Void Fill

Erosion, drainage issues, and poor compaction leave empty voids under your slab. We locate and fill them, restoring a solid base so the fix actually holds.

  • Garage floor & basement voids
  • Drainage-driven settling
  • Foundation corner voids

Concrete Lifting (Mudjacking)

We pump a soil-cement slurry beneath your sunken slab through small drilled holes, using hydraulic pressure to raise it back to its original grade.

  • Driveways & garage aprons
  • Sidewalks & front steps
  • Patios & porches

Crack Seal & Repair

Cracked concrete lets water in and gets worse over time. We seal and repair cracks to stop the damage and clean up the look of your slab.

  • Driveway & walkway cracks
  • Garage floor cracks
  • Basement floor cracks
Why Mudjacking

The smart alternative to tearing out concrete

Mudjacking has been raising sunken slabs since the early 1900s. Here's why homeowners across the KC metro choose it over full replacement.

Costs 50-70% Less

Mudjacking typically runs 50-70% less than a full tear-out and repour, since you're leveling the existing slab instead of replacing it.

Done in Hours, Not Weeks

Most jobs wrap up in just a few hours — you can typically walk on the surface almost immediately, with no lengthy cure-and-wait period.

Fixes the Actual Cause

We fill the void beneath the slab that caused the sinking in the first place — replacement leaves that same void behind to cause trouble again.

Eco-Friendly Process

Natural slurry materials, no demolition waste, and far less energy used than manufacturing and pouring an entirely new slab.

No Color Mismatch

Since your original slab stays in place, the repaired surface blends seamlessly — no new-concrete patch sticking out like a sore thumb.

Your Yard Stays Intact

Small equipment, small holes — no heavy machinery driving over your lawn or landscaping, and no large-scale digging required.

How It Works

A clean, three-step process

1

We assess & measure

We inspect the settled slab, measure how far it's dropped, and identify the void or drainage issue causing it — all part of your free estimate.

2

We drill & pump

A few small holes (roughly 1.5-2 inches) are drilled into the slab, and our soil-cement slurry is pumped underneath using hydraulic pressure.

3

We lift, level & patch

The slab rises back to its original grade, the holes are patched and cleaned, and you're left with a level, stable surface — same day.
